About Lisa Kinsella Militello

Lisa obtained her PhD in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University. She received Master’s Degrees in both Nursing (MSN) and Public Health (MPH), and a BSN from the University of Pittsburgh. As a Board Certified pediatric nurse practitioner dedicated to improving maternal child health, Lisa has extensive clinical experience working in pediatric primary care and community settings. Her research focuses on optimizing family-centric digital health interventions that can be used within the context of everyday life to support healthy lifestyle behaviors among children and families. Her goal is to leverage technology to help reduce disparities in health and healthcare by bridging the gap between clinic and home.
