Cait Hayward is the Managing Director of the Data Science for Dynamic Intervention Decision-Making Center (d3center) at the University of Michigan. She supports d3center leadership in fostering an interactive, team-oriented workplace and oversees strategic operations, budget management, and regulatory compliance. Cait brings deep expertise in learning analytics, gameful pedagogy, and educational innovation from her previous role as Director of Research & Analytics at the U-M Center for Academic Innovation. She holds a PhD in Information Science.
