Description
Mobile health (mHealth) research increasingly depends on custom-built apps, but developing these apps is often expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to sustain across projects. To address this challenge, JustIn is being developed as an open-source platform of reusable software components that dramatically reduces the cost and effort of building apps for mHealth research
Join Mark Newman, PhD (Professor of Information, UMSI; Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, CoE, University of Michigan) for a discussion on the origins and vision of JustIn, how it can accelerate research by enabling even student developers to build adaptive intervention apps, and opportunities for the research community to contribute to and benefit from this platform.
