About Noelle Carlozzi
Noelle Carlozzi is a faculty member at the d3center and Director of the Center for Clinical Outcomes Development and Application (CODA) at the University of Michigan. She holds appointments in the Institute for Social Research and Michigan Medicine. Her research focuses on outcomes measurement, including the development of patient-reported outcome (PRO) systems using item response theory and computer adaptive testing. She is an expert in cognitive test development and psychometric evaluation across a range of clinical populations. Dr. Carlozzi’s work supports the development of tools used in mobile health research and real-time symptom tracking.
