If you are interested in being a d3center postdoctoral fellow, we want to hear from you.

Postdoctoral fellows must have the following qualifications:

  • PhD in Psychology, Statistics, Biostatistics or other quantitative field
  • Background in the design and analysis of randomized trials
  • Experience or deep interest in research in precision medicine/education, including via adaptive interventions (dynamic treatment regimes)
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a real impact on health or education outcomes via research
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Good organizational skills
