Mengbing Li is a fifth-year PhD student in Biostatistics at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on Bayesian nonparametrics and latent variable models for problems in individualized health, including reinforcement learning and topic modeling. She has contributed to methods for evaluating treatment rules in mobile health, monitoring health outcomes using claims data, and deriving dietary patterns from food survey data.
